CANCELLATION
Delegate Cancellation: Cancellations up to 28 days before the event will be fully refunded; cancellations between 28 and 14 days before the event will be entitled to a 50% refund; cancellations up to 14 days before the event will not be refunded.
IPM Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an event or webinar in advance with no liability on our part. In the case of cancellation by the IPM, a full refund will be offered and a notification email will be sent as soon as possible.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, The IPM owns copyright for the content presented in the webinar. Some of the copyright for the content on this website may be owned by individual presenters and is included on our website under agreement. Webinar events and recordings are to be viewed by the registrant only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded or reproduced.
If you seek to reproduce or otherwise use the content in any way it is your responsibility to obtain approval for such use where necessary. Any breach of copyright, including recording the presentation or any unauthorized use of the material may lead to legal action.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
The IPM is not liable for the detailed content of any webinars, quality of presentation or if learning outcomes did not entirely meet expectations. We let our speakers freely express their ideas and share their methods that do not necessarily correspond to the IPM’s opinion.

REGISTRATIONS
By registering for a webinar, consent is given for application details to be provided to the IPM to set up the webinar and generate personal links for access.
WEBINARS ARE RECORDED
The virtual event facility includes a feature that allows video, audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact the IPM admin team to discuss your concerns in good time prior to the virtual event date.
Virtual event participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use, or require you to download the software for your operating system. After registration we will send you all necessary links. Please note that you may require administrator privileges on your computer to be able to manually install software.
TECHNICAL WARRANTIES
The IPM makes no warranties or representations of any kind that the services provided by this webinar will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the website or the server that hosts the website are free from viruses or other forms of harmful computer code. In no event shall the IPM, its employees or agents be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of this webinar. This exclusion and limitation only applies to the extent permitted by law and is without prejudice to any express provisions to the contrary in any written licence or subscription agreement from the IPM in respect of the use of any online service provided via this website.
