An IPM Peer Supervision Group provides those that who have passed the Membership Exam (MIPM) the opportunity to meet with fellow peers to present their work in Psychosexual Medicine. Attendance at a Peer Supervision Group will:
- Allow for the development of and maintenance of an individual's skill in Psychosexual Medicine
- Service to provide accountability to peers
- Service to provide accountability to the MIPM's employing authority
- Allow presentation of current work that can be used for appraisal, revalidation and IPM recertification purposes
